Here at Stella Marie Studio, we know you might have questions about orders. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and extra information:

SHIPPING

• How long will it take to get my order? We try to ship as fast as possible, but generally items ship within 3-5 business days. In many cases, we are able to ship quicker.

NOTE: TURNAROUND TIMES ARE CURRENTLY TAKING LONGER. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. We are sorry for the inconvenience; these delays are only temporary.

• How do you ship items? Wreaths are boxed. We add packing paper and do our best to make sure they ship without damage. We try to ensure wreaths are not moving around in the box while being shipped, so they are packed tightly. With that said, you may need to "fluff" the wreaths upon arrival. Jewelry is shipped in bubble mailers. 

WREATHS

• All wreaths are made on a grapevine wreath base.
• Depending on your monitor, colors may vary.
• No two wreaths are EXACTLY alike. We make every single wreath, so there will be slight variations. Depending on product availability, accent flowers may differ slightly.
• Floral and greenery are affixed with wire and/or hot glue. 
• Artificial floral and greenery vary. Some are plastic, some are silks. We do our very best to get you the highest quality possible.

There is a problem with my order -- what do I do?

While we do not accept returns, we realize there are extenuating circumstances that can occur. If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us: stellamariestudio@yahoo.com.
